SaverKey automatically tracks all activity for a given mobile phone number. Any individual can create their own Personal Data Card (PDC) and link it to their own phone number. This is done by simply completing the SaverKey Registration form ONE TIME. Once created, the individual owns their own Personal Data Card and can use it at any participating SaverKey vendor.

One of the most powerful features of SaverKey are the built-in Privacy Controls. Most people are concerned about giving their information - to anyone. The biggest issue is the fear of being bombarded with calls for something they never wanted in the first place. All SaverKey Exhibitors and the show host agree that they will not EVER sell or provide their SaverKey acquired contact data to a third party. In addition, the SaverKey Personal Data Card (PDC) holders can choose what information they want to share with you. While this seems protective, it is to your benefit! Why? Because we are fostering trust and gaining access to legitimate data that they ARE willing to share. With this level of trust and respect you can start to build a lasting relationship with your prospect.

Question: Is there a way to track which leads belong to which Sales Rep?

Answer:Yes. First, scan your sales reps' mobile phone numbers and ensure they have their own SaverKey account. Next, go online to the SaverKey Website in the Events section and add them as Representatives. They should now appear in the drop down on your devices. Simply select the Sales Rep and all activity on that device is tracked to the Sales Rep until the the Sales Rep is changed.

Question: What if my phone is offline or I don't have a connection to the Internet?

Answer:All SaverKey services work in offline mode. They continually try to connect to the server and will relay your data when first possible. We strongly recommend connecting often as we send text messages and email immediately upon synchronization.

Question:What if the prospect hesitates to give me full contact info or it isn't available?

Answer: Simply explain that SaverKey only requires registration one-time and they will have their own Privacy Controlled, Opt-In Personal Data Card (PDC). Then offer them your phone/tablet to register or ask them to complete the PDC form from their own phone by clicking the link on the text message. Your event may even have registration tablets available for them to use at their convenience. If so, locate them and suggest the prospect visit that area and create their own PDC.

Question:What if I don't synchronize until late at night after the Show/Event?

Answer: SaverKey will not send text messages after hours unless the activity was done in "real time."

Question: Will the SaverKey SRS App work on my device?

Answer: SaverKey SRS will work on Android and Apple devices. You can download the App and verify it works correctly within 7 days of the event (or by using the Demo Account). We guarantee the App functionality itself, so if it doesn't work for you, we'll happily refund your payment.
