A Full Registration Event
is an event
where the Attendees are required to provide full contact information and
other possible data to have access to the event. Each Attendee is
provided a
badge similar to the following:
You can notice that the
badge indicates the event along with the Attendee's Name, Title, and
Company. In addition, there is a barcode identifier (ID) located at
the bottom of the badge. This ID is linked
to the Attendee's full business card information and/or
other data
required to access the event.
Each Exhibitor that is participating
with the SaverKey SRS system has the ability to simply
scan this barcode with a portable PDA scanner, computer system, or,
our favorite, the small pocket scanner (measuring in at only 2.5
inches long, it is portable, convenient, and fits
in your
pocket or on a keychain).

Scanning is easy. Simply position the scanner about
5 to 10 inches from the badge, point and click. That's all it
takes to create a new contact and start a relationship with the
SaverKey Registration Service!
The pocket scanner will hold approximately 250 scans. Once
it is full, simply take it to the SaverKey booth and your SaverKey
representative will add those Attendees to your online SaverKey
business account. It is your option to have an automatic
e-mail message sent to each Attendee as they are synchronized.
Your SaverKey business account has many powerful features. The
most basic of which includes the ability to list all of the
Attendees that have visited your booth and download this information
so that you may import it into your own contact management
software.
SaverKey does not stop working for you on the business side. Each Attendee
is also given access to a "personalized yellow pages" directory
of the Exhibitors that he/she visited at the show/event.
In addition, your listing can be upgraded to include
a graphical banner ad and a full profile describing your company.
You can even include specific links to various areas
of your website. ( If you don't have a website or you

THE SALT LAKE BUSINESS TO
BUSINESS EXPO
The Salt Lake B2B Expo is $179 for each
Exhibitor. If you purchase the SRS Service by April 14th you
will receive the use/rental of one pocket scanner free of charge
(that's a $49 value). The service includes the SaverKey
Registration Service, scanner support (including synchronization
services) for all rented scanners, access to all of the contact data
provided by the Attendee, automated e-mail "Thank You" notice (if
activated), a courtesy business listing, and automatic addition to
the "Personal Yellow Pages" for the Attendees
you scan.
SERVICE EXTENSIONS
You can get the most out of SaverKey Registration Services by
extending your service after the Event. Service extension
offers many benefits including:
- Preferred advertisement position
according to the extension level.
- Continued/preferred placement on the "Personal Yellow
Pages."
- Extensions to the SaverKey system that helps you build your
database on a daily basis much like you do at
the Event.
- Access to certain market demographics on your
customer base that will build over time.
- Continue to build a powerful database asset.
These extensions leverage your Expo experience and build a truly
valuable database asset. The SaverKey system will bring value
even if you already utilize another customer management
system. The SaverKey database is a "live database" meaning
that your customers will be using it on a regular basis. For
this reason alone it should be considered as part of your
strategy.

Save Another $100 Off Our Show
Special
SaverKey will be Exhibiting at the B2B
Expo in Booth 109. We have created a Show Special that
offers a savings of $350 off the normal setup fee and a
substantial discount off our normal monthly rates during the
event. Each Exhibitor that participates in the SRS
service will receive an additional $100 off the setup fee
(making it only $50) if they upgrade before the end of the
